About shipping insurance
We will, if there is no offer from the customer
In order to reduce import duties and VAT as much as possible, the invoice at the time of shipping will be shipped without insurance, with a price lower than the actual item price.
Therefore, we cannot compensate if the product is "damaged" or "lost".
However, it is possible to insure up to the same amount as the purchase price at the request of the customer.
If you would like a full or partial insured shipment of your purchase, please contact customer service.
* We will set the insurance amount you want and ship it. If the invoice amount is 100,000 yen or more, we will bear the insurance money.
* 100,000 yen or less: The customer is responsible for the insurance money of 2500 yen.
Important notes
If you ship with insurance, import duty and VAT will be charged to you at the time of customs clearance for the insurance amount (same as the invoice amount).
Please check the tax rate of each country by yourself.
